Papers of Ann Beattie [manuscript], 1987-2005.

This addition to the Ann Beattie papers consists chiefly of printed material: review copies of books and uncorrected proofs; magazine articles; newsclippings and tear sheets. The collection also includes some correspondence from David Markson; a typescript of poetry by Susan Wood; typescripts of Beattie's stories "Lavande" and "Mr. Nobody at all" (including email correspondence with Eli Horowitz about changes to the manuscript); and a typescript of an introduction by Beattie to "As I see it" by John Loengard. There is also a notebook entitled "The Beattie book" that consists of student papers.
